RealSafe
A downloadable game for Windows and Linux
Welcome to RealSafe (c)! Unfortunately, you're dead. Your mind has been posthumously stuffed in a box to keep working long after you're dead. But if you're still working, are you really dead? And if you are dead, why is it so tempting to kill to survive.
This game was created for the DevilUp Horror Jam '25, the theme was "From Darkness into Light". This game demonstrates the theme in two separate ways: first, in the literal sense, radiation increases. The game literally progresses from night into dawn, finishing at sunrise. Secondly, the game demonstrates a metaphorical movement from darkness to light through the player's knowledge of the world around them. As the player progresses, they find details that shed light on their situation, though they don't find anything good.
Make sure you have the time before you start playing. There's no save, and it takes at least 30 minutes to play start to finish on a first run.
